The disc does not reach the indicated speed.
The disk needs the balance between R.P.M and speed. At higher speed we will need to increase the revolutions to have the correct removal of the residue. We recommend 2,900 R.P.M for 350mm and 2,700 R.P.M for 400mm.
I have problems cutting porcelain. Does this blade solve them?
Of course. This disc is manufactured and designed to minimize the problems of manufacturing porcelain materials, machinery and table leveling.
Is it necessary to fan the disk?
One of the strengths of this disc is that from the moment it is placed in the cutter, it is not necessary to sharpen it and it behaves equally throughout its diamond height until it is completely consumed.
Normal body or silent body, which is better?
Whenever possible, it is recommended to use a normal body, this body guarantees straight cuts, superior material resistance and is more resistant to snags.
What performance does this drive have?
Depending on the material to be cut, it can give us more or less performance, the average we have is 1000 linear meters for 400m and 900 linear meters for 350mm. These values are above our competition.
What is the quality of cut compared to other discs on the market?
